Tired of being yourself? It’s time for an upgrade

Do you ever have moments in your life where your existential crisis just pops up out of nowhere and you wonder what is going on with you, again and again? Do you feel like the habits you’ve been doing for many years are no longer serving you? You are not alone.

I have been going through this existential dread ever since the pandemic hit in 2020. After a house fire, medical problems, and restarting our life again, I felt that life was propelling me forward. Now 2 years later, I find myself reverting back to the cycle of negativity; of the life pre-pandemic. I feel like I moved forward 2 steps to only take 5 steps back.

The focus to stay positive and manifest good things in my life has been really hard lately. I find myself looking for activities to do to keep my mind busy and not thinking of having to find a solution. Instead I keep compounding the interests and not allowing myself to sit back and watch everything unfold.

But now that I have overwhelmed myself too much, I start to feel the anxiety slowly creep in. This is when I have realized that it’s time for a self-intervention. A date with myself to sit down and figure out what it is that I must change about myself. Thoughts, feelings, reactions, limiting beliefs, habits, routines and even style (the external side). The mind/brain what have you is so adaptable.

If you feel like you are in a journey where you feel like you need a change, take time with yourself to figure it out what is that you can no longer hold onto and create a new life for yourself.

This is isn’t all there really all there is.
